About Shaun Samuels

Shaun, Commercial Real Estate Professional/REALTOR®, based in Howard County, Maryland, has over fifteen years of real estate professional experience and has represented large numbers of clients in a variety of real estate transactions. Shaun has established a robust real estate presence within the DMV by offering his traditional real estate acquisition, mortgage broker, property management, and financial management services to individuals and families alike.

Mr. Samuels has a long record of expeditiously filling rental vacancies for out of state clients and successfully marketing single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and rentals to clients of all ages. Shaun specializes in using his market knowledge to help clients easily navigate and comprehend selling, purchasing, and rental documentation. He consistently exceeds the customer service expectations of his clients. He has honed in on a variety of skills such as contractor/project manager relationship building, real estate contract/lease writing, tenant screening, client financial counseling, and transaction management.

Mr. Samuels graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; which combines his many years of experience managing projects with the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate.
